Who We Are

Bristle Capital ("BCL") focuses on the global expansion of Chinese enterprises, operating across cross-border investment banking advisory, cross-border equity investment and industrial solutions, and connecting enterprises' overseas development needs with industrial resources and capital. Starting from corporate strategy and the commercial logic of each project, BCL helps clients study target markets, design cross-border structures, organise financing and M&A or joint-venture transactions, and coordinate professional advisers and industrial partners through to delivery. Within this, cross-border investment banking advisory covers outbound direct investment (ODI) for domestic enterprises, cross-border investment and financing design, cross-border due diligence (including diligence on overseas counterparties and overseas projects), and target-market compliance services (primarily European market compliance), as well as individual-side services such as cross-border asset allocation. Equity investment focuses on data-centre computing capacity, new energy and international digital industry projects, participating in long-term value creation through independent investment judgement. Industrial solutions build on China's industrial strengths and extensive experience and currently centre on mechanical and power equipment going global, linking market development, equipment and technical proposals, commercial and financing arrangements, delivery and local services.

Connecting industry and capital, supporting Chinese companies going global, and linking international capital with Asian industry.
Extended Profile

Business Logic: How Do We Do It?

The global expansion of Chinese enterprises requires building markets, capital, partners and execution capabilities together. Whether an overseas opportunity becomes a sustainable business depends on whether the business model, transaction terms, funding arrangements and local delivery capabilities fit one another. BCL organises three mutually reinforcing business lines around this process. Cross-border investment banking advisory helps clients define strategy, build transaction solutions and coordinate implementation; cross-border equity investment participates in projects around clear investment logic, governance arrangements and exit paths; industrial solutions connect manufacturers, technical institutions, financial institutions and local partners to advance mechanical and power equipment business on the ground. Our work starts from understanding client objectives: identifying key conditions and risks, clarifying each party's responsibilities, forming an executable plan, and progressing by milestone. Legal, audit, tax, design and engineering work is carried out by the relevant firms; BCL is responsible for the commercial solution, transaction execution and project coordination. BCL Global serves as the supporting business platform for client requirement management, professional resource organisation and project collaboration, supporting process and knowledge accumulation.
